2.2 Extended Access Courses
For courses offering lifetime access or extended duration (over 6 months), the refund period is extended to 30 days from the enrollment date, subject to the same usage limitations mentioned above.
2.3 Bootcamps and Intensive Programs
For intensive bootcamps, cohort-based programs, or courses with scheduled start dates:
- Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the program start date
- Partial refunds (50% of tuition) are available if cancellation occurs 3-6 days before the start date
- No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date or after the program begins
3. Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Completed Courses: Any course where you have completed more than 30% of the content or received a certificate
- Bundled Purchases: Course bundles or package deals cannot be partially refunded; the entire package must be within the refund eligibility period
- Promotional Offers: Courses purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or at discounted prices may have modified refund terms as specified at the time of purchase
- Third-Party Certifications: Fees paid for external certification exams or third-party credential verification

5.2 Annual Subscriptions

- Pro-rata refunds are only available within the first 6 months of the annual subscription

No Refunds for Policy Violations:
Refunds will NOT be issued if your account is terminated or suspended due to:

- Abusive behavior toward instructors or other students
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks

10. Course Credits and Alternatives to Refunds
10.1 Course Credit Option
Instead of a monetary refund, you may opt for course credit equal to the purchase amount, which can be used for:

- Future course enrollments

Course credits:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Cannot be transferred to another person
- Cannot be exchanged for cash

12. International Students and Currency

- Individual participant withdrawals are not eligible for refunds
